It was again an amazing experience to meet with fellow IT managers on a traditional conference ALVAO Technology Day, which is dedicated to sharing of IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management experiences. This year, the conference participants filled the premises of the Voroněž Hotel’s presentation hall in Brno and Microsoft’s headquarters in Prague.

I had the opportunity to share my views on how to build successful IT Service Catalogue and inspire other IT managers on how to extend Service Desk to other departments besides IT.
